Free curator programme and networking events at the Manchester Contemporary 2015

This year the Manchester Contemporary will be running a curator programme giving art professionals a chance to network with their peers and get an inside look at the event.

The curator programme includes a champagne reception on the evening of Thursday 24th September 2015. On the Friday 25th September there will be an exclusive talk from Matthew Darbyshire introducing “An Exhibition for Modern Living” at Manchester Art Gallery, followed by lunch and a tour of The Manchester Contemporary.

Tickets are free and are likely to be snapped up very quickly, so register as soon as possible at http://www.themanchestercontemporary.com/curators if you want to participate.

About the Manchester Contemporary

The Manchester Contemporary, launched in 2009, is an invitational art fair that provides a platform to emerging galleries and their artists. Publicly funded by the National Lottery through Arts Council England, it is the only gathering of high–calibre, world-class contemporary art galleries outside London.

The Manchester Contemporary brings together art lovers and buyers with the best of critically engaged contemporary art from regular exhibitors and new additions, as well as offering guided tours and visitor programmes.
