I am looking for artists to submit or create new work (from any medium) which is environmentally aware.

The work will look at humanity's impact on the world such as climate change, deforestation and pollution, on either a local or international scale. The work itself should be environmentally aware using recyled materials wherever possible and created in a way to keep a low carbon footprint. It can be either very straight forward or completely abstract, of any medium, although I am particularly interested in sculptural and moving image pieces in order to create an immersive environment.

I am a Masters of Curation student at Norwich University of the arts and I want to create an exhibition for my Masters project which looks at how fragile our world is and how we need to change the way we treat it and the wildlife in which we share it with. I would not be able to pay the artists for any artworks but they could be for sale with 100% of the money going to the artist. Even if you're unable to contribute to this exhibition please get in touch as I would love to get a archive or artists who have the same ideals as myself for future exhibitions and projects.

I plan to hold a mini exhibition outdoors in April then a larger event in July where I would also be holding lectures, hoping to get climate scientists and artists together to discuss the work and the action we can take and workshops where the public can respond to the works and make something.
