OPEN CALL - ILLUSTRATORS Hoarder Zine, a biannual publication which aims to bring attention to art and design with a sustainable mission, changing the visuals and linguistics of doing so. We are looking for illustrators to work with throughout the zine and share ideas with.

OPEN CALL - ILLUSTRATORS

We are Hoarder Zine, a biannual publication which aims to bring attention to art and design with a sustainable mission, changing the visuals and linguistics of doing so.

Along with showcasing artist’s work who enhance our message and photo documentaries of those ‘doing their bit’, we would like to use illustrations to summarise information and allow it to become playful, making it more digestible to an audience.

We are looking for illustrators to work with throughout the zine and share ideas with. If this is something which interests you, please complete the form with images from your portfolio.

We will be printing a prototype at the start of May 2017.
Are there payments to artists?
As we are only starting out this will be done on a collaborative basis therefore no upfront payment, however we are happy to come to an agreement, where as the zine makes a profit, the contributors will also be given a share.
What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
You will be fully credited for your work.
How do you decide on proposals?
