Open call for interactive/participatory artworks to be exhibited in Norwich
Deadline: 03/03/2017City: Norwich | Region: Norfolk | Country: United Kingdom | megan ryder
Looking for artists to submit interactive/participatory artworks to be exhibited in Norwich, outside of a gallery context. This would be held around April.
An element of the artwork should focus on how the audience can engage with the work, whether that is through active participation or another form. The location of the display can be agreed with the artists to ensure it fits to the works needs.
I am a Curation masters student at Norwich University of the Arts and this project would form an element of my submission. I'm very flexible with the format of the work as long as it is interactive in some form and can practically be displayed outside of a gallery enviroment. I would not be able to pay the artists for any artworks but they could be for sale with 100% of the money going to the artist if the artist wished. This would be an opportunity to display your work and I would provide all the organisation around the exhibition, including promotion etc. Even if you're unable to contribute to this exhibition please get in touch with any possible contacts.
