Programme Assistant roles at The Tetley
Deadline: 03/06/2016City: Leeds | Country: United Kingdom | The Tetley
The Tetley wishes to recruit a small number of Programme Assistants to support our Programme Co-ordinators in gallery invigilation and occasionally other duties such as event assistance.
Programme Assistants are a vital member of our team, representing the public face of The Tetley and being the first point of contact between visitors and our artistic programme. It is their role to provide a positive, welcoming experience for visitors by engaging with them face-to-face in a friendly, helpful manner.
Programme Assistants respond to visitor requests for information and also help visitors engage with art as well as events and activities at The Tetley. They are also responsible for monitoring the security of art and the safety of our visitors during gallery opening hours and for gathering and feeding back information on the visitor experience.
Programme Assistants also play a role in the wider delivery of the programme on occasion by supporting events and exhibition installation and de-installation.
You can find more details on the Job Description which you can download from The Tetley website. At this location you can also download an Equal Opportunities Monitoring form which you should also submit with your application.
