We're accepting submissions for an experimental night of sound and performance on March 15th at The Morgue (Chelsea College of Art). We are looking for submissions of live art, live sound, and sound/performance installation. No strict criteria as such - collaborations and experimentation is encouraged!

The event on the 15th will have two halves. The first half of the show will feature different works taking place simultaneously within different areas of the Morgue. There will be sound bleed, works will have to be negotiated spacially with this in consideration. The first section will be noisy and a bit hectic but the viewer will have the opportunity to navigate the space as they wish. Durational performances and installations will feature in this section.

In the second half there will be a centralized stage area in the middle of the Morgue with a programme of acts. In this section performances, experimental music (bands, solo acts, DJs), sound making, and any kind of live art is welcome.

The day after the show the Morgue will be open to the public and the student body at Chelsea. Any work that does not require a performer can be left on and running.

The aim is to create a platform for live art and sound art which are often liminal in artist communities. Although the event is hosted at Chelsea College of Arts in collaboration with Goldsmiths all art students and non-art students are welcome to submit. The night will be the first of its kind at Chelsea, and the aim is to make it a diverse and enriching occasion.
