Who is eligible for this opportunity?
We would like to hear from artists and makers from all disciplines i.e glass makers, printmakers and jewellery makers etc - we are looking for diverse and quirky makers to keep it interesting for visitors.
When is the deadline?
Makers are free to apply up until March 20th 2017. But, please book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
How many works can I submit?
Please submit a minimum of 4 to 6 photographs of your work.
The first of the photographs you submit - should be of your stall/stand at an event.

The second photo should be a high resolution photo of your work preferably on a white background.
The photos we receive may also be used to advertise this event.
How much does it cost?
To hire a 6ftx2ft trestle table - £50 per stall

If you bring your own trestle table - £40 per stall
(Your trestle table should be no bigger than 6ftx2ft)
What is the selection criteria?
Artists and makers must make all of the pieces they intend to sell on their stall.

Stall displays must be visually appealing and have depth and height.

Artists and makers must have a valid PPL insurance policy to take part - you will be asked to forward a copy.

Makers who produce soaps, candles and items specifically intended for children must make sure they are creating products/wares that are compliant with current legislation and guidelines.
What happens if my submission is successful?
You will be asked to make payment within 2-3 working days of acceptance .

Please note we will not chase payment. If we don't receive payment we will assume that you no longer require a stall and offer the space to another maker.
Are there any market stall display requirements?
Yes. Market stall displays should be of a high standard - with imaginative layouts that create both height and depth.

Your business name should be clearly displayed and items priced.

Table clothes should be neutral i.e white or hessian - preferably not patterned.
Your table covering should not only cover the top of your stall - but drop down from the stall top to the ground - to hide packaging/stock placed beneath your stall.
What time do I unload and upload?
The arrival time of each maker will be staggered between 8am-8.45am if you require vehicle access. You will receive your slot time after the submission date has closed (around March 22nd).

Details of where you can unload will also be provided at this stage.

Makers who do not require vehicle access can arrive onsite from 8.15am.
Where do I park?
You will have to research in advance which locations offer the best prices for parking.
What is the trading time of the event?
Trading time: 10am - 5pm
Am I expected to help with the marketing and advertising of the event?
Yes. Makers must play their part in helping to promote the event.

Makers must;
Share the event via their social media (facebook, Twitter etc) and websites.
Actively invite friends, family and work colleagues.
Can I share my stall?
No. Space wise it would be fairer on other stallholders if space behind stalls is kept to one artist and not over crowded.
