EK Gerdin-Miosga is a mixed media artist currently working in film, print, painting, textiles and digital art. Her work explores thorny societal and cultural issues such as addiction and mental health through innovative and powerful visual expression. EK was recently honored on the Queens Honors List 2020 for her services to care home residents during Covid-19 using art.

EK Gerdin-Miosga's art work is a selection of mixed media images and photorealisim. EK Gerdin-Miosga's work looks into the moments of her life which seemed irrelevant but on reflection realising the power of which those insignificant moments now have on her life.
