Sculptor working in stone and bronze

I work mainly in limestone and my pieces are hand carved using traditional techniques. They invariably tend to be reductions in form. I like very simple lines and varied surface finishes. These provide a visual and tactile link with the base material being worked. Stone is tactile both when being carved and when finished. It's the celebration of this fact that drives me forward. More recently I have started working in bronze.
