I am an artist living in York who makes work in response to sites of architectural interest.

I am interested in seeking out the hidden, forgotten or reimagined aspects of architectural sites to convey a sense of the felt experience of the space, alive with human traces, narratives and histories. Inspired by experience, memory and imagination, I enrich my enquiry with wider contextual research.

Working with abstract forms, I engage in a repetitive, rhythmic, felt action of drawing and examine how paper surfaces and marks interact, often working with light and video.

Recent works comprise drawings and installations that incorporate drawings, prints, light and video.
