I was born in a village in Punjab, India. Came over to the UK with my family in the 70's when I was quite young. studied science in the college then later on developed interest in Photography/Cinematography. Went to live in India in the 90's and did Landscape Photography there. Held some Exhibitions at Lalit Kala and other private Galleries.

These days almost everyone has a camera and takes photos with it. So, being a "Photographer" is quite common. Photography, to some, isn't taken as art and that is true if you just point and press then do nothing afterwards to that "photo". Fortunately, that is not "photography". Taking an image with a camera is just a starting point. Someone has said that a photo is made not just taken with a camera. I'd like to call that "photo" an image because it's not necessary that you used a camera...you could've used a brush to paint it and created depth using different colours, but if one can't paint then one uses a camera and Photoshop tools to create that balance in the image that invokes something within our inner eye. I have tried to create that first impression of a place and time that compelled me to compose that frame upon coming across nature's beauty and our way of life. I have been extremely lucky in capturing nature's silent beauty. The journey has been long and still there is lot to learn. I hope you like at least some of the images.
