My practice explores unusual or unexpected materials and processes. My aim is to use my skills to innovate in the community arts sector, helping improve the wellbeing of others. This summer I will have completed BA (Hons) Surface Design & Textile Innovation at Bradford School of Art.

My core interest is the exploration of materials and processes. My ambition is to innovate in the field of surface and textiles design, incorporating a contemporary aesthetic. I embrace variety and, taking advantage of and enjoying the new opportunities. I am committed to self-development and leading my career along an individual path.

I have experience assisting artists on projects such as Saltaire Arts Trail and Supersenses for the National Media Museum. I am looking for more opportunities to assist artists and to for commissions of my own.

With over 13 years experience working in the private and public sectors, I have well developed communication skills with some project management experience. I want to use my existing skills for the benefit of the community, particularly in the field of community arts.
