A visual artist using photography and video interested in exploring history past present and future. Passionate about our environment, walking studies outside in the open. The landscape continually draws me, it affects and shapes my being. Gathering information, visualizing new approaches to my practice, collaborating with other artists which is part of my working practice.

Currently located in Hastings on the Sussex Coast Amanda uses photography and now broadening into video. Amanda's recent residency project researching a historical woman making responsive works out on the landscape with walking trips; is now part of an arts council England funded group exhibition 'Constructed Geographies' touring Sussex from February 2019. "I wanted to share stories of woman representing histories and discovered an ancient woman residing in the landscape back in Roman time". I'm interested in collaborating with others from the North of UK to share and enable new works to develop and collaborate with cultural organizations and galleries developing new work.
