    Lotta Barlach is a visual artist and designer working with mixed media assemblages. Her practice focuses on human civilization and time and again on the moments in which the traces of the past and the present meet the future.     Caroline is an established jeweller based in Yorkshire with a passion for coastal life. Her work has drawn her back time and time again to her love of surfing and exploring the British coastline. Her current focus is a collection of collaborative work with Jay Burnett a Scottish Surfboard shaper. Caroline is using the waste resin ‘Surfite’ produced during the manufacture of the surfboards.

    I am feminist, an artist and an activist, I generally work in the community, sometimes I work with community groups helping to realise an even or action, sometimes with other artists to bring something to the community. I ran the arts area at Strawberry Fair for 10 years (a one day music and arts festival held in Cambridge) encouraging and enabling artists to engage with the wider community.

    Sarah-Joy Ford is an Artist, Post Graduate Researcher and Associate Lecturer at Manchester School of Art. Ford works with textiles to explore the complexities and pleasures of queer communities, histories and archives. Her current practice and research explores quilt making as an affective methodology for making re-visioning lesbian archival material.

    Andrew studied photography before working as a teacher and later a freelance editor for a-n magazine and Tate. In 2009 he enrolled on the Fine Art MFA at Goldsmiths where he became increasingly dissatisfied with photography, turning to video and fiction. He now almost exclusively paints. Andrew lives in Cornwall dividing his time between painting, teaching and his practice as a psychoanalyst.

    Elaine is a graduate from MMU. Establishing her label ‘Oh Golly Gosh’ in 2009, Elaine has been making her creations full time. Her current studio is based right in the heart of the wonderful city of York. Her work has been exhibited in galleries across the UK, and been profiled in a number of publications worldwide.     I am a British artist working out of a studio in Hertfordshire, near to London. I have been practising as an artist for 20 years. I incorporate traditional and contemporary artistic techniques to create an altered sense of reality. I explore the complex relationship between human life and the natural environment, portraying a world that is dramatic and beautiful, as well as constantly changing.
