    I am Maria Lusitano, a visual artist, born in Lisbon living in London.     I am a north-east England multi media artist who searches for symmetry, form and patterns in my surroundings. I take great pleasure in capturing how I see beauty in the mundane, largely through black and white photography. My creative practice is constantly evolving with the images I take, informing and steering my current work into a new found direction of wire sculpture and installation art.
