Call for stallholders - Christmas 2019! Join us for our annual Christmas ARTfair in Hebden Bridge. A wonderful festive shopping experience for all the family!

ARTbound is a membership based online arts organisation, who regularly hire venues and spaces to boost the exposure and sales of our creative community.

Join us, as we return to The Waterfront Hall of Hebden Bridge Town Hall, for our 5th year, to host our ever-so-wonderful Christmas ARTfair, now running over two days!

This event is focused on showcasing a wide range of creativity from stallholders, so there's something for everybody to buy. If you have something to sell, then come join us!

We're limited to 20 stalls each day. You're welcome to reserve single days or both (Saturday and Sunday)

If the stalls are allocated before the deadline, we may leave this opportunity open for stallholders to be added to our 'reserve list' in case of cancellations.

ARTfair date: Sat 30 Nov & Sun 1 Dec 2019, 11am - 4pm

Price per stall: £40 for single day bookings or £75 for both (a discount is offered to those booking the full weekend)

- Stalls can be shared if privately arranged, please submit all names when applying.

- No sales commission is taken from this event.

- All stallholders will receive a free hot drink token each day of the event at the Town Hall Cafe.

Who is eligible for this opportunity?
Stall holders of any kind - Painters, crafters, photographers. If you make it and sell it then apply for a stall at our Christmas ARTfair.
When is the deadline?
Midnight, 26 September 2019 (stalls do book up quickly, please submit as early as possible)
How much space will I have?
The venue stall / tables sizes are: 1.5m x 0.75m table per artist.
If you'd like to bring your own table / stall area please take these sizes into consideration.
Print browsers are allowed and small display stands. Please take your neighbours space into consideration.
How much does it cost?
Single stall fee: £40 when booking one day. £75 for booking the full weekend (a discount is added)

Stallholders are welcome to share stalls made under their own arrangements.
What are the exhibition opening hours?
Public opening hours: 11am - 4pm
(we suggest artists arrive from 9.30am to set up with ample time before our 11am opening to the public)
Does the location have disabled access?
Yes
What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
Internet promotion, social media, local newspapers & magazines, flyer and poster distribution. Upon request artists can obtain flyers to pass around to family and friends.
Do I need to be present?
Yes, you will need to manage your stall throughout the day. The venue and ARTbound take no responsibility for items left unsupervised.
What shall I bring?
Enough work to fill the 1.5m x 0.75m table per artist. i.e: Originals, prints, cards, sculptures etc
NOTE: All artists must supply their own table displays, easels, browsers, price tags and listings. No wall space is available.
How do you decide on a stallholder?
Stalls will be offered on a first come, first serve basis, with variety in mind.
We will reserve any further submissions in case any cancellations are made nearer the event date.
Do you take sales commission?
All work should be for sale, unless stated otherwise. No sales commission is taken for this event as your stall hire will cover your contribution to the costs.
Do I need to be insured?
Artists are responsible to ensure their own art works are insured for the appropriate event and insured during transit.
If booking the full weekend (Sat and Sun), do I have to remove my stall in between?
No all stalls can remain intact in the Hall, this is at the artists risk.
The building and Hall will be securely locked overnight.
Is there parking?
Like most small busy towns, parking is limited. Please ensure you give yourself amble time to find a space. There is on-street parking and a car park direct from the Town Hall entrance with easy access. 70p p/h parking fee, please bring change.
