Beyond the Real is our attempt to peer behind the veil of reality to what resides beneath. We are looking for artists who explore different realities, altered states, surrealism and beyond. From psycho-geographical and the uncanny to transcendental reality, 'Beyond the real' is open to interpretation. We are looking for responses across all media.

Beyond the Real is our attempt to peer behind the veil of reality to what resides beneath.  We are looking for artists who explore different realities, altered states, surrealism and beyond.  From psycho-geographical and the uncanny to transcendental reality, 'Beyond the real' is open to interpretation.  We are looking for responses across all media. 

ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE

Submissions are welcomed across disciplines including but not limited to:

Painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, glass, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, artist made books, sculpture and mixed media.

Individual items are welcome as are small collections (where appropriate).

Please submit no more than three images for consideration.

Please let us have size, medium and display details if relevant.

Please send a short statement about your work/practice of no more than 200 words.

Works have to be available for sale.

Deadline for submissions is midnight 15th July.

Deadline for delivery of selected works is Thursday 22nd August.
