We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic clay artist to deliver workshops within primary schools as part of a local school project.
The aim of these sessions is to explore STEAM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) through ceramics. This project will be delivered throughout the 2019/20 school year and will involve pupils working individually before collaborating on a permanent artwork to be displayed within the school grounds. We are ideally looking for a local artists (Derby/Derbyshire) with experience of working with children.
This role will commence the week starting 23rd September. The position is for few hours a week and is freelance paid at £25/hr for approx 150 hrs.
