We are excited to be hosting our first plastic free and vegan makers ethical market in Alwoodley, Leeds on Sunday 26 September!

We are planning on having an exciting array of vegan, plastic free and ethical makers/traders and artists all selling their amazing eco friendly wares, art, vegan produce and handmade gifts at our lovely returning venue in Leeds.

Important information for applicants - please read below:

We do not accept informal requests or direct messages are is a formal application sift to maintain the high standard of our sellers/hosts and assess the applications fairly.

Exhibiting fees are £45 for an all day 10am - 3pm stall space, table and chair and include the following advertising & marketing:

  • 1 x announcement on FB page
  • 1 x Instagram group post
  • Use of trestle table and chair
  • Free teas, coffees and dairy / oat milk and vegan biscuits are provided for stallholders including use of a private kitchen.
  • Onsite parking at the venue - ample space for stallholders.


You must have up to date public liability insurance and provide proof in the event you are successful, by way of email. We also require a covid-19 risk assessment for each seller but are happy to assist our sellers with preparing this document and will send our guidance template document to all.

Deadline is 12pm on 23 September. 

There is no fee to make an application, but the fee applies to those who are successful and confirmed for the event following signed paperwork.

What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
Announcement on Facebook and Instagram. Leaflets will be distributed across Alwoodley, Meanwood and Chapel Allerton in Leeds. Also on Eventbrite and local websites.
Do I need to be present?
You must be present during the event opening hours and the hour before and after to set up / pack up. All sellers must be on time.
How do you decide on proposals?
We carefully select a varied range of exhibiting sellers for fairness and are particularly looking for passionate brands, creatives, artists and other ethical small businesses.

We select those who have a clear vision, high quality products and services and those who we feel will be a right fit for our customers. We want our sellers to do well at our events and so carefully select who is appropriate.

Please do not be disheartened if you are unsuccessful on this occasion.

We are only selecting UK based businesses.
What happens if my proposal is chosen?
You will be contacted and sent an invoice and stall agreement setting out the full terms and conditions.

Those who are confirmed sellers / hosts will then be sent a marketing info sheet and also a promotional image for use on their own socials.
