DOK is pleased to present its first Members Exhibition this October. Members are invited to submit one piece of work which will be included in a diverse exhibition in The Steel Shed, Edinburgh.

DOK is pleased to present its first Members Exhibition this October, Socius18.

Members are invited to submit one piece of work which will be included in a diverse exhibition in The Steel Shed, Edinburgh. The exhibition will provide a chance to become part of a larger artist community, sharing ideas and potentially collaborating on future projects. 

The exhibition will run from 28th October – 4th November 2018. 

We would like to take this opportunity to invite new members to join a likeminded community of artists. Full details of all the benefits regarding the membership can be found here.


Works in all mediums will be accepted.

The following size restrictions apply:

Hanging work maximum: 60 x 60cm 

Free Standing work maximum: 1m x 1m

Key Dates

Submissions Deadline: 15th October 2018 

Hand in Day: 20th – 21st October 2018 10 – 3pm (works will also be accepted by post)

Exhibition Preview: Saturday 27th October 2018 2 – 6pm

Exhibition Dates: 28th - 4th November 2018 12 - 4pm 

(closed Monday 29th October)

Collection Day: Sunday 4th November 2018 4 – 6pm

Entries will not be accepted without a valid membership.

No entry fee but membership is required to submit work.

The exhibition will be advertised through our website and across our social media platforms. It will provide an opportunity to exhibit and sell work to a wider audience from across the world. 10% commission will be taken on any sales made during the exhibition with all profits going directly back into the project.
