Deadlines for proposals: 31 January 2020
Open Call: For our launch of Issue 2, we are inviting contributions for our two part event in Huddersfield.
Part 1 takes place at our town centre HQ on Market Avenue, Dwell Time Central, 1-4pm. For this event we are hosting a film and discussion event about arts and mental wellbeing and invite short films, presentations, talks and performances which focus on mental wellbeing and suit this format.
Part 2 takes place at Huddersfield Railway station, 6-8pm. For this event we invite live art, performances and poetry readings which focus on mental wellbeing for the public realm.
There will also be the opportunity to display promotional literature eg flyers, booklets of Arts and mental health projects and services. If you cannot attend in person and want to showcase your project/service please post/deliver to: Dwell Time Central, 9 Market Avenue, Huddersfield, HD1 2BB.
To apply: Please outline your proposal, anticipated duration, equipment/support required and which venue(s) you are interested in performing at.
For films please send preview or download links with full film details (artist/director, title, year, duration, synopsis).
We have a small budget for performances and travel expenses. Please outline your required budget/expenses in your proposal. If you would prefer a telephone conversation or meeting to discuss ideas just let us know.
