Join the new journey of virtual exhibitions and be a part of the growing Stay Connected community. Stay Connected is welcoming the fourth virtual exhibition 'Immersion'. Taking direct inspiration from contemporary artists Olafur Eliasson and Daniel Arsham, 'Immersion' will take the submitted artwork and immerse each piece in a specially designed environment.

Join a new wave in the Stay Connected community by immersing yourself and your artwork in a brand new exhibition experience 'Immersion' with guest curator and exhibition designer Shannon Skye Robinson.

This is the first Stay Connected exhibition where each exhibiting artists will have thier work immersed within their own exhibition area. Working with the curators and designers, the artists will have an oppotunity to engage in a collaborative conversation, pushing the boundaries of your artwork to the absoloute best. There are no restrictions so anything is possible!

Artists can connect and expand how thier artwork looks in an exhibition space  but, more importantly stay safe during the unsetteling times. Built in 3D Studio Max, the exhibition captures the reality of a physical exhibition but also explores the abstraction and almost surrealist aspects of building structures; designed to complement each artwork and the virtual world.

What you need to know:

• Each artist must provide information about the artwork (title, dimensions and medium)
• Each artist must provide a description about the artwork. What it is, why you did it, why it should be exhibited in this exhibition and the inspiration behind it.
• The artist is not required to have a website or social media accounts but, for promotional purposes it helps to grow your audience and engage people with your practice when published on the website and shared via Instagram to creative professionals and institutions. 
• Payments must be made during the submission process. Artists can withdrawal their application, but the payment is non-refundable.
• Limited availability. Not everyone who applies will be exhibited.

What do you get?

Each artist involved will receive:

• A Feature on the Stay Connected website. This includes your own artist page with clickable links, statements, and pictures of your artwork inside the exhibition space.
• Promotional features on Instagram (shared with creatives, galleries, collectors, and other artistic institutions)
• High-quality exhibition renders of your artwork and the groups. (These will be accesiable via a OneDrive link)
• 360 Virtual Tour (Works on mobile, Laptop/desktop and VR)
• Archival documentation of the exhibition which will be published on the Stay Connected website
