Is your work is social/political? Do you have a website / online shop from which you sell it? If yes you might be interested in this free offer to grab more attention and be part of a community of socially engaged artists.
From January 2021 to December 2021 the Socially Engaged Art Salon (SEAS) will promote an online shop of one social/political artist on SEAS's website and through a week of SEAS's Instagram take over.
We are particularly interested in 2D work including graphic design, photography, drawings, painting, moving images and any kind of agitprops.
We are particularly interested in issues such as racial/social/environmental justice, human rights, LGBTQAI+ rights, feminist work and intersectionality.
SEAS does not charge any fees for applications nor for exhibiting your work and does not take a commission. All financial transaction with potential buyers will be done directly with you / from your own existing online shop.
BIPOC, LGBTQ, disabled artists are encouraged to submit work.
This is an ongoing call and one artist will be chosen every month, but even if you were not chosen, we might offer you a place in our other exhibitions. If not selected or you will be notified on Curator Space. If selected you will be receiving a direct email.

- a 150-word artist statement and a 100-word bio

- a link to your online shop
- 5-10 images
