From 1st February 2020 we have artist & maker studio spaces available at our Albert Street building. This is a great opportunity to have a high-profile workspace at our creative hub in the centre of Derby.

We are developing Artcore as a lively creative hub for the City, and to provide an opportunity to work closely with us to make and sell your artworks, promote your creative practice and develop as an artist. We expect makers and artists to actively use the studio space to make work, as well as show and sell it, and you will have the opportunity to set up paid art sessions for members of the public, as well as working alongside other creatives based in the building.

The spaces available are 10x8ft.

The price for this will be £120 per month, inclusive of all costs, from 1st February 2020.

For this, along with the physical space, you will get:

  • Ongoing marketing and promotion

  • Regular artist spotlights on our website and social media

  • Free use of our cafe facilities

  • Free meeting room booking

  • Open studios event every month
