Stills is now accepting submissions from artists, designers, independent retailers and makers of artisan goods for its annual Christmas Market on 24th - 25th November.

We are currently accepting applications for tables from artists and designers, independent retailers and makers of artisan goods for our annual Christmas Market.

Our Christmas Market will take place across two floors of our space on Cockburn St, which has lots of independent shops and cafes along it – making it a popular destination for Christmas shoppers.  Stills will provide tables, table cloths and we can accommodate additional items for display, such as mannequins and display cases, agreed in advance.


Information for Applications

This weekend is one of the busiest of the year and our location on Cockburn Street is a popular destination for Christmas shoppers and tourists. Additionally, our team will carry out marketing and promotional activity across our e-newsletters, website and social media, which reach thousands of people in advance of the event.

Wi-fi access is available to all exhibitors with their own card payment devices.

Access to electrical sockets is available and our gallery is fully accessible.

The fair will take place on Sat 24th November - Sunday 25th November. 

Exhibitor set up starts at 9:30am with the gallery opening at 11am.


Pricing 

Tables vary in size, but are on average 120cm x 70cm.

Full table: £100 for Saturday and Sunday.

Practitioners can also request half a table for £60 (also Saturday and Sunday).

All prices include VAT.

How do you decide on proposals?
The proposals will be reviewed by Stills Director and Development Manager.
What happens if my proposal is chosen?
We will contact you during the first week of November. You will be asked to pay for your table in advance.
