An open call for 100 original, small scale artworks available for sale for £100. This will be a virtual exhibition accessible through the BobCat Gallery website at www.BobCatGallery.co.uk

This is an open call for 100 original, small scale artworks available for sale for £100.

This will be a virtual exhibition accessible through the BobCat Gallery website at www.BobCatGallery.co.uk 

Artists working in 2D or 3D media - including but not limited to painting, drawing, mixed media, ceramics, sculpture, etching, linocuts, textiles - are welcome to submit. Photography, installations and digital works will not be accepted at this time.

There is no theme for artworks, however all pieces must be original works (not giclée prints or other reproductions), on sale for £100 (plus postage & packaging).

Cost to apply

£5 to submit up to five artworks for consideration.

BobCat Gallery will take a 10% commission on each sale during this exhibition.

Please note - works will be dispatched directly from the artist when purchased, so artists will need to calculate a standard postage cost and provide details upfront for potential buyers.

The Curator

Catherine Sweet is a mixed media artist, independent curator and the Founder of BobCat Gallery. Catherine is also part of the Advisory Committee for international arts organisation ArtCan, and the Executive Committee for Arts Richmond.

Online art site BobCat Gallery specialises in small scale original artworks under £500, currently representing 21 international artists working in a variety of media, and collaborating with many more. BobCat organises pop-up exhibitions across London and presents curated collections at affordable UK art fairs and online.

Submission fees

The following submission fees apply to this opportunity.

  • Standard fee - 5.00 GBP

The appropriate fee will be payable using a debit or credit card after the first submission has been completed. If the submission fee allows you to submit more than once, you will be able to make further submissions after the first. Is there a private view / opening?
We will be hosting a Zoom launch event on the evening of Tuesday 1st March, with selected artists invited to talk about their work.

The exhibition will be available online via the BobCat Gallery website 24 hours a day.
