    Eastgate Studio’s annual open exhibition 2024 shines a light on the beautiful town of Beverley. We look forward to viewing the printmaking community’s response to the theme. Of course, Beverley has some iconic buildings: The Minster, St Mary’s Church, The Black Mill and the bandstand. However, the architecture and surrounding countryside also offer a wealth of stimulus. This exhibition is open to all printmakers.

    The Power of Embroidery is a project led by artist Or Williams in partnership with the Refugee Support Group (RSG) and Reading Museum Partnership in Reading UK. This project aims to feature stories of diaspora, migration, refuge, and asylum-seeking in the UK by creating a collective embroidered tapestry made by refugees and asylum seekers. The tapestry will be exhibited during Heritage Open Days at Reading Museum in September 2024.
