I am an artist/musician based in Northwest UK. I am a contemporary history painter... I paint the Now as History... The images I create can be viewed as socio-political commentary. Or comedy, or farce. I see my practice as continuing the ideas' imagery / imagined psychological landscapes of Bosch, Breughel, Hogarth, Beckmann and Goya.

I work as a painter, Carnival artist, musician. I developed the band Cacophany Arkestra to play a mixture of Soca, Jazz, Punk with conscious lyrics. As a painter I inhabit similar psychological landscapes to artists such as Bosch, Breughel, Hogarth, Beckmann and Goya... I paint about the now as if it was history... This way of working allows me to choose any imagery from current events/ history/carnival and mix it up into bizarre narratives. The work has humour and seriousness and can be viewed a number of ways.
