I am an artist currently exploring print making, mainly relief printing with linoleum. The dining room in my little Lincolnshire cottage doubles as my studio. I have always been interested in the medium but had only dabbled in it in the past. However with the time and solace of lockdowns in 2020 I found I could explore and experiment uninterrupted. I am now hooked!
My printmaking journey started in earnest during the lockdowns of 2020. I found time to explore and hone my printmaking skills particularly with relief printmaking with lino. My inspiration at the beginning were very much limited to my surroundings, that of my collection of vintage and antique vessels, the garden, allotment and the rural town where I live on the River Welland.
