From a science background, now studying BA (Hons) Fine Art. My motivation and intention is using art as activism. My major themes are ecocide and rewilding; animal, human, children's and disability rights; and social justice. Expressing my passion for the natural world, and hopefully inspiring respect for the species humans abuse, render homeless, or push to extinction. I've been vegan for 50 yrs.

Celebrating found objects and materials, and giving them new life as art is important to me. Informed by and aspiring to large sculptures, I am moving into 3D and ceramics from a drawing and collage background. If my work can awaken deeper compassion and greater awareness in others it shall be worthwhile.
