Animal Contemporary
Deadline: 18/01/2018Venue: The Town Hall | City: Hebden Bridge | Region: West Yorkshire | Country: United Kingdom | ARTbound Community
ARTbound returns to The Town Hall, Hebden Bridge to host a new exhibition, that will highlight how artists portray animals in our modern world, from painting to photography to illustration.
Artists have been painting animals for millennia; evidence of this can be found in the discoveries of the very first cave paintings! Our continued relationship with animals is important and keeps us connected with nature. Showcasing this connection with nature in our homes and businesses is essential for recognition, inner peace and balance, especially in our fast-paced modern lives.
This contemporary art exhibition will focus on how artists portray animals in our modern world, from visually pleasing abstractions to more traditional environments. We welcome all forms of wall art, from painted canvas to fine art photography!
Are you a lover of animals, do you want to encourage visitors to showcase your animal themed art in their homes and businesses? Join us and let’s show our animal appreciation in the wonderful foyer and Café area of The Town Hall, Hebden Bridge; A venue which never fails to host a successful exhibition.
