Central Fife Open Studios is an art trail that takes place on the first weekend in September each year. It has been set up to give professional artists and designers in Central Fife the opportunity to show their work to the public and celebrate the wealth of talent in this area. The area covers Central Fife stretching from Inverkeithing and North Queensferry in the west, up to Glenrothes and Leven in the east.

Participants benefit from being able to sell their work directly to the public, take commissions, demonstrate their practice, discuss their work and inspirations, sign visitors up to classes, make contacts with galleries and benefit from the opportunity to hear feedback from the public directly about their work.

Now in its fourth year, CFOS membership has grown steadily and we are always open to new applications from local artists and makers within Central Fife to increase our numbers further. CFOS will take place on the 1st and 2nd September this year and the application deadline for this years event is February 28th. Applications will be reviewed in March and successful applicants will be notified by 31st March.
