We are inviting you to present your work at ART Expo Ljubljana, an international art fair with many opportunities to mingle between colleagues, art experts and art lovers. This year it is taking place between October 12th and 15th at the Brdo Estate (an amazing venue, built for the purpose of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU, and was recently updated and refurbished – Brdo Congress Centre in Slovenia). At our 3rd ART Expo Ljubljana, we will be presenting art of more than 500 exhibitors from 45 different countries in addition to more than 250 companies.

The speciality of this leading international art project in Slovenia is the fact that exhibitors consist of individual artists, galleries, art societies and associations, cultural institutions and companies which appreciate connecting art with different industries and businesses.

ART Expo Ljubljana was created with the intent to offer the exhibitors and participants media exposure, new contacts and potential business opportunities. We are looking forward to having you as an exhibitor at our ground-breaking initiative which is bringing art closer and more accessible to the public and successfully connects culture with the business world.

ART Expo Ljubljana is not only an art fair. It is much more than that as the AAMI team strives to be very passionate towards building an art community. Become a part of our story.

We will execute around 100 events in only 4 days and the visitors will be able to enjoy themselves at music concerts, theatrical performances, live painting sessions, art talks, fashion shows, lectures, workshops and other events connected to arts and culture.

During the expo, numerous fields of art will be presented – all from visual to performing arts such as painting, drawing, sculpturing, photography, graphic design, fashion design, ceramics, crafts, music, drama etc.

Most individual exhibition spaces for artists or galleries are in the size of 400 cm x 265 cm exhibition wall (main wall 200 cm wide and 2 side walls 100 cm wide) or 500 cm x 265 cm (main wall 300 cm wide and 2 side walls with a width of 100 cm).

As mentioned, the height of the walls is 265 cm. The number of works you exhibit depends on the dimensions of the works, and before the expo itself, you will also need to send photos of the works you would like to exhibit and agree with our team on their arrangement.

The prices of independent "corners" range from 450 to 1,200 euros + VAT, depending on the size and location/exhibition space exposure.

After your submission, we send you a non-binding offer with some available exhibition spaces (the places are filling up fast!). The offer also includes your presentation in the catalogue.

In the event that your exhibition is co-financed or sponsored by the state or some cultural institution, we can of course also publish this in the catalogue with the exhibitors' presentations and at the expo itself.

There is also another way to exhibit: we are offering a group exhibition space - one artwork (painting) 80x80 cm for 125 euros. That means one of your artworks is exhibited and you also get a mention in the catalogue.

You also do not have to be present for us to receive your work - you can send it directly to us via post (the return postage will also be charged).

Therefore, this year, the personal presence of the exhibitors will not be a necessary condition, but it is of course preferable that the exhibitors are present at the location as much as possible for the purpose of interaction with visitors and potential buyers.

(AAMI Caffe will also be arranged, where exhibitors can have meetings, as well as spaces for the exhibitors' promotional materials, which will be available to visitors).

Your submission will be looked over by the expert committee that takes the right to approve or reject the applicants after reviewing them.

In case you would like to take part in our biggest event, please submit your artwork, so we can offer you the exhibition spaces that are still available.
