ARTbound Community is proud to host their 3rd annual ‘Christmas ARTfair’, alongside a new ‘Winter Showcase Exhibition’, in the beautiful Waterfront Hall in the creative Town of Hebden Bridge.

Situated in The Town Hall next to the superb onsite Café, we have stalls available to hire for artists, photographers, designers and creators for this eclectic Christmas Shopping Experience!

Please note: Both the ‘Christmas ARTfair’ and ‘Winter Showcase Exhibition’ opportunities have separate application forms and are processed / monitored individually. Please ensure you’re applying for the correct opportunity before proceeding.

Artists are welcome to submit for both opportunities.

For one day only, we have limited space available with 20 stalls allocated within the picturesque Waterfront Hall of The Town Hall. This event tends to attract custom from Christmas Shoppers throughout the day.

Reservations for the stall is managed on a first come, first serve basis.

ARTbound provides established artists with events to present their work to wider audiences, whilst also giving up-and-coming artists the opportunity to enter the art world. Visit our website to find out about how to get involved with our other events, discounts and our membership!

Stall fee: £30 for ARTbound members | £35 for non-members

Sales: Work will be for sale, unless stated otherwise. No sales commission is taken for this event

Who is eligible for this opportunity?

Stall holders of any kind - Painters, crafters, photographers. If you make it and sell it then apply for a stall at our Christmas Fair.

When is the deadline?

19 October 2017

How much space will I have?

The venue stall / tables sizes are: 1.5m x 0.75m table per artist.

If you'd like to bring your own table / stall area please take these sizes into consideration.

How much does it cost?

Stall fee: £30 for ARTbound members | £35 for non-members

What are the opening hours?

11am - 4pm on Saturday 18 November (we suggest artists arrive from 9.30am to set up with ample time before our 11am opening to the public)

Does the location have disabled access?

Yes

What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?

Internet promotion, social media, local newspapers & magazines, flyer and poster distribution. Upon request artists can obtain flyers to pass around to family and friends.

Do I need to be present?

Yes, you will need to man your stall throughout the day. The venue and ARTbound take no responsibility for items left unsupervised.

What shall I bring?

Enough work to fill the 1.5m x 0.75m table per artist. i.e: Originals, prints, cards, sculptures etc
NOTE: All artists must supply their own table displays, easels, browsers, price tags and listings. No wall space is available.

How do you decide on stall holder?

Stalls will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. We will reserve any further submissions in case any cancellations are made nearer the event date.

Does you take any commission from sales?

All work should be for sale, unless stated otherwise. No sales commission is taken for this event as your stall hire will cover the costs.

Do I need to be insured?

Artists are responsible to ensure their own art works are insured for the appropriate event and insured during transit.
