Earth Under Heaven is a selling opportunity for ceramic artists to display small pieces of work in a gallery which concentrates on themes surrounding landscape and place. Gallery Steel Rooms is particularly interested in works which display an affinity with earth and sky through materials and glazes. The EUH opportunity may recur periodically with slightly different criteria.

Earth Under Heaven is a selling opportunity for ceramic artists to display small pieces of work in a gallery which concentrates on themes surrounding landscape and place.

Gallery Steel Rooms is particularly interested in works which display an affinity with earth and sky through materials and glazes, and would like to show clusters of works by one artist, although single pieces will be considered.

The EUH opportunity may recur periodically with slightly different criteria, EUH #1/#2/#3.

Earth Under Heaven #1 happens in the field Notes space at Gallery Steel Rooms, 10th December 2018 – 19th January 2019.

Every effort will be made to display accepted pieces on our website prior to the opening of the show to make the most of the seasonal selling opportunity, and we will require good quality images as well as a short artist’s statement and biography.

The selected pieces will need to be delivered to Gallery Steel Rooms between 27 November and 1 December.

Unsold works will be available for collection between 28 January – 2 February 2019.
