How to apply:
Please fill in the form and provide a SQUARE image no larger than 4MB which you would like to exhibit in Venice. If you are chosen, we will ask you to send us a high-resolution image.
Artists' work will be printed, framed and arranged in a grid as an "exquisite corpse" with each image representing a different artist's work.
QR codes available at the exhibition will provide viewers with more information about the selected artists.
There are currently 47 artists selected for this exciting exhibition following a successful exhibition in Miami Art Week and there is space for just 17 more to join this exciting group in Venice.
Applications are open to all artists, working in all mediums, in any country who are not currently already part of the selected 47.
About the show:
UNSEEN - Seeing Differently brings together predominantly women artists from diverse cultural backgrounds whose work reveals the hidden relationships that shape our understanding of the world.
Across painting, sculpture, installation, photography, film, performance and conceptual practice, the exhibition uncovers overlooked histories, ecological connections, cultural memory and alternative ways of knowing.
Presented during the 2026 Venice Biennale and in dialogue with its theme, In Minor Keys, the exhibition suggests that profound change often begins through quiet acts of observation and revelation.
By bringing concealed narratives and unexpected connections into view, UNSEEN - Seeing Differently invites audiences to see beyond dominant histories and imagine new possibilities for our shared future.
Cost:
Free to apply, £125* if selected to have your art printed in high-quality Hahnemuhle Photorag Giclee (10x10 inches) and included in the Exquisite Corpse in the exhibition.
*Please note if you are based in the UK 20% VAT will be added to the £125 fee.
The exhibition fee includes:
- Representation at this beautiful gallery during the Venice Biennale 2026 for two weeks. Your piece will be printed in high-quality Hahnemuhle Photorag Giclee (10x10 inches) and included in the Exquisite Corpse in the exhibition.
- Social media marketing materials to promote your inclusion during the two-week exhibition.
- Inclusion in the Venice exhibition catalogue as a double-page spread about yourself and your work.
- Vernissage: 13th October 2026, from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Social Justice:
UNSEEN is an art piece comprising sculpture, performance, spoken word and visual art.
Underrepresented artists or those working with themes of social justice, equality or climate activism should respond with work they would like to exhibit as part of a grid of 64 like-minded artists.
The exhibition is open to both established and emerging artists.
The piece shines a light on critical collective action to help us fight major and interlinked societal issues of our time, specifically climate change and inequality.
More than just artwork, Social Justice: The Path is a platform for transformation, designed to make us pause and reflect on the biggest challenges we face and determine what we can do to change our world for the better.
During the show:
The selection process and curation will be managed by Amy Jackson. Professionals knowledgeable about the artists' work will be on hand, invigilating from 10 am to 6 pm daily.
An exquisite corpse will be compiled of all artists working with social justice, QR codes will link buyers, collectors and viewers to selected artists' work online.
A printed catalogue showcasing your work and biography will also be available to view and to buy.
Thus, this is an excellent opportunity to promote your work and have access to buyers worldwide online.
The number of visitors reaches 12,000 on foot per month, made up of collectors, art enthusiasts, Biennale visitors, other artists and VIPs invited by the curator and exhibiting artists.
On the opening night, 100 VIP guests will be in attendance throughout the night. Artists will be promoted via the curator's social media platforms, which have over 6,500 relevant followers, recent collaborative posts received between 5,000 - 150,000 views for reels, and on average 1,500 accounts reached per post.
About Amy Jackson:
Jacqueline Amy Jackson) studied Fine Art at The Ruskin, University of Oxford. Jackson is an artist, activist, curator and responsible investment specialist blending philosophy, humour, nature and science to create immersive experiences in traditional galleries and unconventional spaces.
Her work includes street art, happenings, photography, painting and found objects. Jackson explores issues such as climate change, consumerism, mental health, social inequalities and, critically, how these themes are inextricably linked.
Her work often exists outside of the ‘white cube’ and inside the communities it touches. Her experience spans art commissions for Kensington + Chelsea Art Week to public speaking on climate change.
Her work has been featured in the Times, Art World Magazine, Modern Art Oxford, Time Out and Tate Britain. Jackson received the Pirye Prize and Kevin Slingsby Prize for Funnel Vision.
She won The Blunden Prize in 2025, was shortlisted for the YICCA Art Prize and Creative Green Awards and recognised as Rising Star at the LAPF Investment Awards 2021.

About Fion Gunn:
Fion Gunn is an interdisciplinary artist working across painting, collage, sculpture, installation and immersive media.
Her practice explores memory, migration, landscape and cultural identity, connecting personal experience with wider historical narratives.
Drawing on archives, literature, poetry and mythology, she recovers overlooked histories—particularly those of women—and traces unexpected connections across cultures and generations.
Moving between material and digital forms, Gunn invites viewers to reconsider the relationships between past and present, image and language, and individual lives and shared histories.
