Factory Berlin Creaive exists to give these artists the tools, community, and visibility they need to build sustainable creative lives. Not to shape them into something safer, but to help them become something truer.

We believe artists deserve not just inspiration, but strategy… not just opportunity, but longevity.  Factory Berlin is more than a place - it’s an opportunity where emerging talent becomes lasting influence.

Our 12-month blueprint is for emerging visual artists who want to strengthen their practice and build a sustainable professional path alongside it.

Artists join with their existing practice and leave with clearer direction, stronger positioning, and the practical tools needed to work independently. We support artists with artistic development, portfolio and narrative, professional presence, contracts and payments, and access to wider distribution through galleries, platforms, and institutions. Artists stay focused on making work while we take care of the structure around it.

The program is aimed at visual artists who are ready to professionalize, especially those working experimentally or outside traditional pathways and those who need structure, guidance, and access to networks. At the end of the 12-months youn will have an opportunity to present once piece of work in a group show as well as join a network of esteemed alumni, who will forever be connected.
