My name is Bobby Forsythe and I am an artist based in Suffolk, England. During lockdown I have become more and more aware of the difficulties of creating with restrictions and more so surviving as an artist. As another lockdown looms over England, I’d like to try and help as much as possible. In a crazy and uncertain time, being an artist is a scary profession. Especially if our surroundings are lacking inspiration and failing to fuel motivation. Yet for a lot of us, we have had time to create and evaluate our artwork. It has not been an easy time for anybody and I recognise that severely. I have decided to create an exhibition on Instagram for artists to help support creators during these uncertain times. I have taken it upon myself to include a small cash prize for one artwork submission. I want to help out as much as possible.

The 2020 art exhibition will be hosted on the Instagram platform and account @supportingarts_
