New Visions

We are very pleased to announce an exciting open call seeking submissions of Contemporary Photography for an exhibition called ‘New Visions’.

We are seeking submissions that identify and explore current themes, trends, and innovations in Contemporary Photography.

Mister gallery is a brand new contemporary art gallery in Edenbridge, Kent showcasing the latest in Contemporary Art.

Submissions

Submissions are free and open to all. 

Deadline 

Submissions must be received before midnight GMT on 15th December.

Exhibition dates

22nd - 26th of January / The private view is on Thursday 23rd January.

Fee

Free to enter but selected artists will need to contribute £25 to the exhibition. Mister Gallery charge a 20% commission on sales.

Selection

The exhibition will be selected and curated by Daniel Huckfield, Curator of Mister Gallery and a visual artist and Jacob Weeks, Internationally exhibited photographer and visual artist. 

How to apply

Please submit through CuratorSpace:

• Contact information (full name, email, mobile)

• Country, city (where are you currently based)

• Details of the artworks (title, size including the frame, medium, year, price)

• An Artist statement 

• Links (your website, Facebook, Instagram etc) 

Key Dates

15th December - Deadline

13th January - Work must be delivered or posted to the Mister Gallery

22nd January- Exhibition Opens

23rd January - Private View

26th January- Exhibition ends

Week commencing 27th January - Must Collect work

Work must be delivered or posted to the Gallery before the 13th of January. All work must be collected by the 1st of February or organized a courier. If not the work will be disposed of.

Results

Results will be sent to the emails provided to each applicant, however, in certain instances spam filters, inbox limitations, and incorrect emails provided during your application process often means that you will not receive pertinent information. Please be sure to check this.
