The GOSIM AI for Humanity Spotlight 2025 invites submissions for a global showcase spotlighting cutting-edge projects and artworks that explore how generative AI can foster empathy, shared creativity, and ethical coexistence. This curated exhibition challenges the conventional role of AI as a mere tool, reimagining it as a collaborator in building a more human-centered, open, and inclusive future. It is part of GOSIM Hangzhou 2025, China's premier open-source conference, where innovation, collaboration, and technological breakthroughs converge.

ABOUT GOSIM AI FOR HUMANITY SPOTLIGHT

From September 13 to 14, 2025, the AI for Humanity Spotlight will take place in Hangzhou, China, hosted by CSDN—China’s largest developer community and a key platform for open-source innovation.

As a featured event of GOSIM Hangzhou, the Spotlight brings together developers, artists, researchers, and technologists from around the world to explore the transformative potential of generative AI across societal and creative domains.

This year’s edition features two thematic tracks:

  • Human-AI interaction prototypes

2. AIGC-Driven Artworks

An open space for bold artistic visions where generative AI becomes a co-creator. Formats may include:

  • Visual artworks, paintings, and digital media
  • Music, sound art, and generative audio
  • Performance, dance, or theater with AI
  • Literature, poetry, or narrative experiments
  • Interactive installations and immersive experiences
