We’re extremely excited to invite you to apply to our first ever Residency Open Call. We’re offering the opportunity to occupy our Front Gallery & Studio space from Tuesday 6th February 2024 - Monday 26th February 2024.

Throughout this Residency, we invite you to use this space to develop your practice, experiment and produce work. There is no requirement to take work to completion, however we will ask you to hold open studios. We will also support you in mounting a show with a PV or a final open studio in your last week. How will you push your practice into the new?|

RuptureXIBIT (+Studio) is an artist-run space in London, a 30-minute train ride from Waterloo, 20 minutes from Clapham Junction, and steps away from the station in Hampton Wick. We exist to encourage the development of artistic practice in all disciplines, focusing on showing rather than selling. While artists are welcome to sell their work, our purpose is to highlight the potential for growth that comes from conversations that arise during a show.

This residency will grant the artist use of our 350 sq. ft. High Street shop-front gallery for three weeks.

Featuring museum lighting, advertising of your show on our Social Media and on prominent art sites including Art Rabbit and others, use of our ARTSVP booking system, coverage in our newsletter.

This opportunity will allow you to talk about your work to a wide and diverse audience of art lovers. We are not a traditional gallery: the emphasis is on the development of your practice and professional skills.
