Opening 29th Feb 2020, Black Lodge Emporium is a unique space hosting an art gallery and events space, a tattoo parlour, gift shop. Our opening gallery is a Tribute to the work of Tim Burton. We are seeking artists to submit work to be included as part of the exhibition!
Opening March 2020 Black Lodge Emporium is a unique space hosting an art gallery and events space, a tattoo parlour, gift shop.
Our opening exhibition is: A tribute to Tim Burton and will feature original artworks inspired by the work of Tim Burton.
We are seeking artists to submit work to be included as part of the exhibition.
All artworks submitted will need to be for sale.
Artwork will be displayed as part of the exhibition for the duration. Sold artworks will be shipped once the exhibiton has finished. Unsold artoworks will be made available to buy online from our online store.
The gallery will take 40% off the sale of each submission. Gallery will notify Artists of sales of artworks & remit payment. Payments will be made by the end of the exhibition/consignment period, unless an earlier date is requested.
Deadline for submission is 11/01/2020. Successful artists will be notifed by no later than 18/01/2020.
All artworks will need to be received by Black Lodge Emporium by 23/02/2020. All artworks must be delivered ready to be hung/displayed.
All transportation expenses, including but not limited to, crating, packaging, handling, shipping & any other expense necessary to transport the consigned Artwork to & from the Gallery are the responsibility of the Artist. Gallery acknowledges that all transportation expenses necessary to transport the consigned Artwork from the Gallery to the buyer are the responsibility of the Gallery.
OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
Copyright, reproduction rights, & ownership of the artwork are the property of & reserved to the artist. Gallery agrees not to copy or modify the artwork consigned, except for the purpose of publicity & promotion. Artworks that are not picked up or retrieved from the Gallery within (30) days of the consignment end date will be considered abandoned & ownership will be forfeited to the Gallery to sell or dispose of as deemed appropriate unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.
