Open Call: "Stillness" — A Curated Photography Exhibition
Deadline: 15/06/2025Allora Gallery
SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN: "STILLNESS" – INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION. Allora Gallery invites photographers from around the world to submit work for our upcoming online group exhibition, "Stillness."
In a restless, ever-moving world, stillness offers a moment to reflect, breathe, and simply observe.
This exhibition seeks photographs that capture that pause—whether it's found in the hush of nature, a frozen second of human connection, a solitary figure, or the quiet rhythm of the everyday.
We welcome interpretations that are both literal and metaphorical.
What does stillness reveal that movement conceals? How does a moment of pause transform your perception? We're looking for images that invite viewers to slow down and see differently.

About Allora Gallery
Allora Gallery is an independent photography space devoted to capturing the fleeting, the poetic, and the unseen.
Each month, we curate exhibitions around a central theme, welcoming photographers of all backgrounds, styles, and stages of their creative journey.
"Allora" means "then" or "so" in Italian—a word often spoken in moments of pause, just before something begins.
For us, it's that quiet in-between—the breath before the shutter clicks, the stillness before the story unfolds.
We are open to submissions from photographers of all levels and backgrounds.
This is your invitation to pause—and to share what you've found in the stillness.
