Open Call: User Preferences x The Wrong Biennale
Deadline: 25/07/2019Maria Cynkier
Submit your work to be featured in User Preferences, a pavilion for The Wrong Biennale. The pavilion will be running between November 2019 and March 2020.
User Preferences is an online project exploring the boundaries and characteristics of the digitally-saturated culture.
For the duration of the Wrong Biennale, User Preferences will serve as a multidisciplinary platform transgressing between the physical and virtual spaces and a catalyst for debates about the co-existence between humans, nature and technology.
Both completed works and proposals are welcome, writing and audio works are also encouraged. Submitted works should be browser-friendly. The final date for entering the open call is 28 July 2019.
Participation in User Preferences is voluntary, as, unfortunately, the organiser cannot offer any payments to the artists.
Please note that the open call is for the online pavilion only.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Submission deadline: 28 July BST
Selected artists notified: 30 July
Pavilion ready for press visits: 15 October
