We’re inviting proposals for performance works of up to 15 minutes to join us in our upcoming event Queer Feminist Utopia, on Saturday 29th November at RuptureXIBIT.

Your performance can respond directly to the theme, Queer Feminist Utopia or this opportunity can be used as a space to experiment with a new idea or form.

We invite you to be part of our Queer Feminist Utopia Event which includes:

• 12–9 pm Open Studios —  Featuring Artist in Residence, Laura Migliorino and Resident Artists Kate Howe & Sally Minns
• 3–5 pm The Opening Chapter — Novel Writing Workshop with James Miller
• 5–7 pm Performances & Readings
• 7–9 pm Live Jazz with Mood Indigo  & more readings

Open Studios continue with Kate Howe, Sally Minns, & Laura Migliorino

For the evening event, we expect around 50 people from across the London art and writing communities, including performers, artists, writers, curators and those interested in art & community. 

Chosen performance artists will perform between 5-7 pm.

We promote the event across Instagram, Facebook and our newsletter.

Performances will be recorded and used across our channels, including details of the artist.

This is an opportunity to develop future collaborations with the RuptureXIBIT Team.

RuptureXIBIT is an inclusive, artist-run space/art incubator located in Hampton Wick, London, home to Art Mentoring & Coaching workshops, intensive immersive Residencies, and experimental exhibitions.
