Applications are welcomed from all Royal Society of Sculptors members and fellows provided they have not been awarded or participated in a Society residency in the 12 months prior to the applications opening and who meet the specific geographic requirements for this opportunity.

Please note that for your application to be accepted, your annual membership fee must be paid in full by the submission deadline or an existing quarterly direct debit be in place.

- Funding covers economy-class travel only (standard rail or economy airfare)
- Reimbursement is limited to actual costs incurred, up to the stated maximum
- Artists are expected to book reasonably priced, cost-effective travel
- Unless agreed in writing, travel must be from the artist’s primary place of residence to London and return
- Costs related to visas, insurance, local transport or baggage fees are not covered unless agreed in writing in advance
- Reimbursement will be made upon submission of valid receipts and proof of travel
- Travel must align with the confirmed residency dates, unless prior written approval is granted
- The residency reserves the right to decline reimbursement for non-compliant bookings
