Open call for short silent films to be live scored by an ensemble of improvising musicians. Date tbc.
Films should be under 10 minutes duration and without a soundtrack (can be submitted with existing soundtrack to be muted). All types of film and animation will be considered from narrative to abstract, surreal to documentary.
Deadline for submissions: 19th April 2020.
Soundstripes is a co-organised by Jonny Best, Alice Bradshaw & Vanessa Haley and was established in Huddersfield in 2017.
