Travel Through Art Studio and Ultra Education invite young artists aged 7–20 to submit artwork for Stories in Motion, a new exhibition celebrating storytelling, imagination and creativity through visual art. Selected artworks will be exhibited at Deptford Lounge, London, from 1–29 August 2026 and may also be featured as part of an International Creative Exchange with young artists in Toronto, Canada. Participation is free.

Deptford Lounge is a vibrant community and cultural venue in South East London. Selected artworks will be professionally displayed as part of a month-long public exhibition celebrating the artistic voices of children and young people.

Theme: Tell Us a Story Through Art
We are looking for artwork inspired by:
- Books and reading
- Family stories and traditions
- Culture and heritage
- Imagination and dreams
- Nature and wonder
- Music and movement
- Personal experiences
- Hopes for the future
Drawing, painting, illustration, photography and mixed media are all welcome.
International Creative Exchange
Selected artworks may also be featured digitally as part of an International Creative Exchange connecting young artists in London and Toronto, Canada.
Who Can Apply?
Young artists aged 7–20.
Submission Guidelines
- Maximum 2 artworks per artist
- One artwork may be selected for exhibition
- Participation is free
- Artwork must be the artist's original work

Launch Event: Saturday 1 August 2026
