Calling all artists, poets, musicians to submit works about Tea & Friendship. Welcoming visual arts, film, music, poetry, sculpture, textiles… for this friendly exhibition taking place in Hackney on 11th - 18th April 2024.

Calling artists of all disciplines - painting, illustration, sculpture, photography, audiovisual, textile, poetry, music….

An exhibition celebrating, appreciating, exploring friendship - as well as the beauty of a hot drink in bonding and sharing with others.

Welcoming anything from big & bold to small & intimate works. And everything in between.

Open to any aspect of friendship - humour, energy, sentiment, brightness, mundanity, support through hard times, shifts in friendships, dancing - or whatever comes to mind/is important to you...! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, maté, chai, any other hot drink welcome in the mix…

The exhibition will aim to include a look at the history of tea & coffee and of the human bond of friendship - so if any artists/writers have submissions looking at these histories I would love to receive these too. Thank you!
