Open call for the 6th Community Exhibition. A great opportunity to show your creativity in the new art gallery in Bristol.

Would you like to show your creativity in the new art gallery in Fishponds?


We consider all mediums, including but not limited to paintings, photography, installations, sculptures, illustrations, drawings, digital art, ceramics and more.


The art gallery is in the refurb double-decker bus.

We can host up to 30 artists.


The available spaces are 120cmW and 160cmH.

And for sculptures and ceramics, we have plinths 90x40cm.

Once selected you can show whatever you want.


We don’t take commissions!


We ask for a fee of £30 for the whole duration of the monthly show.

And £20 for ceramics and sculptures.


The June exhibition will open Saturday the 8th, and it will close Sunday the 30th.


The application deadline is the 3rd of June.


The days for the setting up are the 6th and 7th of June.

On the 8th of June, there will be a "Meet the Artists" event, 12-2 pm.

It is possible to display originals only.

Prints are not accepted. Excluded handmade prints and photographs.

All the 2D artworks must be framed and corded.

We will reply with the information details for the payment. After the payment has been approved, we will consider your application as valid.

£30 for a panel 120x160cm.
£20 for a plinth 90x40cm.
Is there a private view / opening?
Saturday the 8th of June, 12-2 pm.
What are the exhibition opening hours?
Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am-4 pm.
What publicity will be provided as part of the opportunity?
The event will be promoted on the Curatorspace platform, VASW platform, newsletter, social media, website.
Do I need to be present?
We will be glad if you can join us at the "Meet the artists" event on the 8th of June.
What happens if my proposal is chosen?
Once selected we will send you a confirmation email with the details for the payment and the instructions for the consignment.
What are the selection criteria?
We are as open as possible to offer any artists the opportunity to show their creativity.
